- Ruby's Kirlia will have evolved into a Gardevoir.
- Emerald's Dusclops will have evolved into a Dusknoir.
- Wally will play a bigger role. And he will have a new Gallade.
- Wally will receive a proper Pokedex. And maybe travel with Plusle and Minun.
- Ruby's Gardevoir will be paired/shipped with Wally's Gallade.
- The offspring of Emerald's other Pokemon will be hinted at...
- Red and Green's clothes will be updated to their Pokemon Origins counterpats.
- Ruby and Sapphire's new clothes will be of his own design.

I agree with fantasyhearts. She gradually changes overtime and isn't,in my opinion, a tsundere. but I can't say any more about it because I think it might spoil you if you decide to watch it.
